About the Project
The Dallas Park and Recreation Department and Fair Park First have commenced a $140 million renovation of the historic Cotton Bowl Stadium. This two-year project, set to be completed by the 2025 State Fair of Texas, includes new escalators, expanded concourses, additional restrooms and concession stands, premium seating, and an enlarged press area.

What We Did
The Cotton Bowl Stadium upgrade was announced in March 2024, but the project faces a tight deadline: The renovations must be completed in time for the 2025 Fall State Fair of Texas. Working with a build site deemed to have highly expansive soil, JE Dunn Construction, the General and Sub-Concrete Contractor for the project, needed a local supplier capable of meeting their strict concrete pour deadlines.
VoidForm has worked closely with JE Dunn Construction to maintain the job site pace of this time-sensitive municipal project. The VoidForm team has ensured that the concrete pour has stayed on schedule and that we met JE Dunn Construction’s expectations.
